Hey folks! My name is Byran (ignore the spelling - just call me Brian), he/him 20.

My current lease ends on February 2nd so I’m in search of a place to stay with a move-in date between January 26th to February 2nd. My budget is around $800-$1000 per month ($200-$300 per week). I don't really have a preference for suburbs but I go to Monash (both Caulfield & Clayton) so a place that’s not that far from Uni with accessible public transport would be nice! The room doesn’t have to be furnished, but a bed and a table would be good!

A little about me: I’m an international student going into my last semester of uni and I plan to stay here long term. I enjoy chats and I’m very much open to hanging out if everyone is keen but at the same time I respect other people's downtime. I'm usually out and about of the house either working or going to uni and I clean up after myself.
