Hey! My name is Grace, I’m 30 years old, and I’m from the UK. I’m a young working professional who works full time for a tech company in the office Monday - Friday. I've been living in Sydney for two years.

I'm currently living in Bronte but our tenancy is coming to an end & my housemate is heading out the East, so on the look for a new home in the Eastern Suburbs. Move in date negotiable or happy to buddy up to find a new lease!

In my spare time, I love keeping active with coastal walks, pilates, and functional training classes. Often hanging around Bronte, Clovelly & Tama taking classes there. So local would be ideal.

A chill and laid back lifestyle is important to me. Ideally similar age would be fab.

Friends and family would describe me as kind, easy going & very much a people person.
