Hi there! I’m on the hunt to find a new place, aiming to move in mid-January as my current lease ends at the end of Jan. Eager to join a share house or team up to find a place! Here’s a bit about me and what I’m looking for:

About Me:

📚 I work full-time, mainly in the office four days a week, with one day working from home, plus a day off every third week.

🎨 Outside of work, I keep pretty busy—pottery, painting, and dance classes are my go-to after-hours activities.

✨ On weekends, I’m into Netflix documentaries, grabbing a cheeky drink, or spending some quiet time at home. I do enjoy entertaining now and then but always keep others’ space in mind.

The Vibe I’m Looking For:

* Clean and tidy— big on keeping shared spaces looking nice✨
* Friendly but independent; I keep to myself but am always down for a chat.

Budget and Area:

* Up to $300 each per week
* Prefer somewhere northside, close to the city for work and a train station (thinking areas like Lutwyche, Albion, Wooloowin, Gordon Park, Wilston, Windsor etc).
* Ideally looking for a 12-month lease with air conditioning and fans.
