G'day! I'm Charlie, 28, working full time as an Account Manager at a tech company in Brisbane. My lease wraps up end of June so i’m on the hunt for somewhere to land for the long haul, ideally 6 to 12 months, but happy to chat about timing and flexibility.

I'm a pretty easy housemate to live with, I gym most evenings, spend weekends on the tennis court (with varying success), and my idea of a wild Tuesday is finishing a good book. I read a lot of fantasy fiction, so if you ever want recommendations, I'm your guy.

I'm clean, tidy, respectful of shared spaces, and I know how share house life works - I'm currently in one. I value a warm, peaceful home, I'm happy to be social when the vibe calls for it, and I genuinely respect people's space and quiet time.
