Frances

Hello! My name is Frances, I'm 40 and from Sydney. I have a creative background but now work as an academic librarian. I work full time, on-site, 9-5 hours and the occasional weekend. I'm also studying part time. When I've got free time I like to get outdoors and do all the usual things like catching up with friends or going to the beach and the occasional gig. Unfortunately, I'm allergic to cats, but have a lot of experience with the pooches. Flexible with move in dates.

Seeking flat mates who are active professionals, tidy and considerate. Looking for a large, unfurnished (built-in wardrobe ideal), quiet room but have no issues with the occasional birthday party or dinner etc. I'm happy doing my own thing but also make time to get to know my flat mates.

Happy to help out if anything is needed or missing from the house. Looking for a bedroom on the larger side.
