I’m looking for an air-conditioned room, ideally with a private bathroom, close to the city. Kangaroo Point would be perfect. I’m flexible on the move-in date, and either a furnished or unfurnished room would suit me.
I’m keen to live in a social but balanced home—friendly flatmates who enjoy the occasional chat, dinner, or drink, while also being comfortable with everyone doing their own thing.
I work full-time in the oil and gas industry in a busy, office-based role, with very occasional work-from-home days. My routine is fairly consistent: I leave around 6:30am to go to the gym, head straight into the city for work, and usually return home around 6pm unless I have evening plans or Pilates. I also travel intermittently for work.
I’m often out and about on weekends and am always respectful of noise, including when getting home late. I’m mature, clean, tidy, and respectful of personal space. I don’t have pets, but I’m a cat lover—so a house cat would be a bonus
