I'm a friendly, easy-going, and respectful male looking for a place to call home. Ideally, I'm searching for my own space, such as a granny flat, studio, or private accommodation, but I'm also open to the right shared living arrangement.

I work full-time as an Arborist and live a healthy, active lifestyle. Outside of work, you'll usually find me surfing, snorkelling, camping, exploring nature, training at the gym, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

I'm clean, reliable, and take pride in looking after the place I call home. I enjoy a peaceful home environment and value good communication, mutual respect, and consideration for others. While I'm not a party person, I do enjoy the occasional beer or glass of wine and catching up with friends from time to time.

As a housemate, I'm easy to get along with, respectful of people's privacy and personal space, and always happy to do my part to keep the home clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I'm also a big animal lover and am very comfortable living with pets.

I have stable employment, reliable income, and can provide references if required.
