🙎 My name is Pierre, I'm a French guy and I'm 27.
I'm living in Brisbane since start of January 2025.
I'm looking for a new place from mid August.

🏚️ I'm looking for a room in a shared appartement/house. Here are my main criterias :
- close to the center of brissy
- aircon and heather working in the room
- furnished room
- common areas moslty always clean

About me :
- Working as IT engineer in Brisbane since Jan 25
- I will stay until end of Dec 26 in brissy, and maybe 2 more years, not defined yet
- Working 5 days a week - monday to friday - 8am to 6pm. Going to the office 4 days a week.
- Easygoing, respectful, calm, clean and very tidy at home. I like the shared place to be clean.
- Love sports : soccer, tennis, padel, golf, wakeboard, surf
- Good mood, positive
- I don't smoke
