Hi there. . Aiming to find a place ideally for 2-6 months, but flexible too. Am financially stable, working in fashion and homewares in Mermaid Beach, and visiting family in Helensvale on days I’m not working, so will only be home a couple of days a week. Previously had my own business, worked in hospitality and cared for family. Have shared my place and been the flatmate too, so very familiar with the sharing needs and ideals. Hoping to find somewhere reasonably peaceful with someone easy going. Enjoy cooking, the beach, anything outdoors. Respectful of others, very tidy and clean, independent. Happy to interact, or not, flexible with fitting into the space, the vibe and personalities. Have some furniture but play with furnished too.

Love gardens as well and swimming. Hoping to find a place with some outdoors, balconies or backyard. Am great with pets too, but have none of my own. No children and single, so low key when it comes to having visitors as well.

Great track record and references with paying rent on time.
