Hi there! 👋🏼

I’m Shan (friends call me that, but my work name is Navi), a 28-year-old Technical Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in FinTech. I’m moving to Sydney on Friday, 17th January, and I’m excited to find a welcoming place to call home! 🏡

A bit about me: I’m clean, respectful, and always considerate of the people I live with. I value a good connection with my flatmates and believe a happy home comes from mutual respect and open communication. I’ve been the head tenant for a few flats in New Zealand over the past 5+ years, so I know how to keep things running smoothly in a shared space.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me shooting hoops 🏀, hitting the gym, enjoying Sydney’s beautiful beaches 🌊, or working on my side hustle. I also love catching live music 🎶 and relaxing with a good chat or chill evening when there’s time.
