🏡 Room Wanted – Long Term
Hi everyone,
I’m Steven, 30, originally from the UK and currently based in Sydney. I’ve been sharing a place in Erskineville since August 2025, but my landlord is selling, so I’m looking for a new long-term home.
I work in construction as an Engineer, often across NSW and Victoria. Because of that, I can be away for weeks at a time. When I’m working locally, my days can be long, so I’m really looking for a clean, peaceful home where people respect downtime. With that said, I'm more than happy to eat dinner together and socialise with game nights etc :)
What I’m looking for:

🔵 Ensuite ideal (not essential)
🔵 LGBTQ+ friendly
🔴 Parking is essential wheather it's on or off the street
Budget: $450-500/week
About me: I’m tidy, respectful, and easy-going. I’m not a party-at-home person, but I do value a proper home feel — relaxed, friendly, and considerate. I’d love to live with like-minded people who are up for the occasional shared dinner or chat, while also respecting each other’s space and alone time.
Outside of work, I’m into fitness (Hyrox), travel, going on hikes & I love watching a good movie!
Oh and I will never say no to pizza 😋
