Hello, my name is Rhys

I work full time Monday - Friday - 5am until 5pm as a carpenter, joiner . I also teach mixed martial arts classes in the evenings. I am out of the house a lot as I am very hard working and like to keep myself busy.

I am very easy to get along with as I am extremely laid back and friendly and polite. I have great references, I’m happy to supply these upon request.

I am available to move as soon as possible I'm currently renting on a week to week basis.

I'd like to find somewhere long term but open to shorter term.

I'm also very clean and tidy, I always clean up after myself in the kitchen and keep on top of any cleaning that needs to be done.

I've never smoked and I only drink on special occasions, I'm more into my fitness and living a healthy lifestyle.
