Hey! I’m Jacob — moving to Melbourne early next year for work + study and looking to team up with 1–2 chill, clean and respectful people to rent a modern 2-bedroom apartment. I’m outgoing, easy to get along with, and love writing, movies, gaming and exploring new places. I like a peaceful home vibe but I’m always down for a chat, coffee run or binge-watching something iconic.

What I’m Looking For:
Ideally looking for someone 18–30 who’s stable, friendly, tidy and employed or studying. I’m after a clean, modern apartment (not a big chaotic sharehouse), each with our own rooms. Happy to look in the South-East suburbs — Oakleigh, Carnegie, Chadstone, Clayton, Caulfield, etc.

Budget:
Around $250–$300 per week each.
