Hi, I’m Ted – 30, from England 🇬🇧 now living in Sydney 🇦🇺

I work full-time in construction and I’m a qualified carpenter, so I keep pretty busy during the week and like to unwind when I’m home. I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing – always up for a good chat or a shared meal, but also very mindful of people’s space and routines.

I enjoy socialising, exploring the city, and making the most of Sydney life, but I’m also someone who values downtime and a chilled living environment. I’m reliable with rent and always happy to pitch in with chores or whatever’s needed to keep the place running smoothly.
