Hi! My name is Ara, I’m a 25-year-old female student at UTS.

I’m clean, respectful, and very responsible. I follow house rules carefully and truly value a peaceful and comfortable home environment. I don’t smoke, I don’t have pets, and I don’t have children.

I’m naturally quiet and calm, but I also enjoy socialising and building warm friendships with the people I live with. I’ve stayed close with all of my previous roommates — we still keep in touch — and I’ve never experienced conflict in shared housing because I communicate openly and respectfully.

I usually spend a lot of time studying at the UTS library (I often bring my own lunch), and I go to a nearby gym almost every day. I have a structured routine and live quite independently, so I prefer a place near UTS.

I really appreciate homes that feel cozy, welcoming, and lived-in — somewhere that feels like home, not just a place to sleep.

My budget is:
• Up to $400 per week for a private room
• Up to $250 per week for a shared room
