Looking for a bright, friendly home with great housemates. Hoping for something (roughly) around $400pw. I work full-time at a law firm in the CBD, so I’d love a calm but social place to come home to.

I’m tidy, respectful and enjoy morning swims, walks, plus the occasional wine or dinner with housemates. I value a positive, comfortable vibe where we can hang out when we feel like it, but also respect downtime.

Ready to move ASAP. Flexible with length of stay but very open to up to 12 months or longer + if there’s a puppy in the house, bonus points!
