Hi I’m Alex, 33, British, and I am looking for a 6+ month rental ideally starting late January or early February around Bondi Junction or within easy walking distance of the train station.

For the last 10 months I’ve flat shared in North Sydney but I’m now looking to move closer to the beach and friends whilst still having good connections to the city for work.

I am easy going, tidy and respectful so looking to share with someone similar. I enjoy sports, the gym, travel and food/drink.

Ideally looking to share a flat with one other person, private bathroom, and part furnished but happy to consider other good options.

I work from home 2-3 days per week.
