I'm starting to think this site is stupid, allll these people "looking for a housemate" so you message them and they don't even have the decency to message you back, even if it is to say no - like, why are you on here then? If you're not going to respond, cool. Also, please don't msg me without reading my listing because I've had that happen and people don't realise that I have pets, read the whole thing because I'm not here to waste my time.

Hi,

my name is Ellie, I'm quiet, easy - going and I love music, singing, reading, getting into indoor rock climbing, zumba, and Karaoke nights in the city! I work part time as a pick - packer in the warehousing industry and run my own pet - sitting business where I offer overnight pet - sitting and doggy daycare in my clients' homes, my busiest periods are Easter holidays, school holidays, and ofc End of Year holidays, also studying part - time. I do have 2 pets, a high - energy but gentle 3yo black Labrador Retriever ( female ) and a male Maine Coon kitten, they stay with family when I have sits as I don't expect housemates to look after them while I'm away. My pup gets along well with other animals, she can be reactive at first but that is only due to excitement, once she has a proper introduction with other animals she is good with them, I value responsible pet ownership and trained her from when she was a pup ( I'm a vet nurse by trade ), she is friendly and playful, crate - trained, house - trained and toilet - trained, my Maine coon is good with other cats and gets along fine with friendly dogs. My pup is an indoor/outdoor dog, I usually keep her outside during the day and inside with me at night and when I'm home so looking for a place that allows this, I do clean/ pick up dog poop, empty out cat litter, general clean up after my pets everyday including sweeping up after Katara everyday, and my Maine Coon is indoor only.

I'm neurodivergent, autistic/ADHD so I like my routine and down time, but don't mind socialising when I have the energy for it. I'm vegetarian, I like a clean, tidy environment so hoping to live with tidy housemates who prioritize cleanliness in the home, I'm happy to contribute to a chores roster or for all of us to clean up after ourselves ofc, whatever works! I'm more of an introvert so I may spend the majority of my spare time in my room, but also keen to live with friendly housemates!
