Hi! I’m Batuhan, 28, originally from Türkiye. I’ve been living in Australia for two years and currently based in Wynnum. I work at The Shed Café & Bar as a barista and floor manager, and I’ve been in hospitality for over 14 years — so good coffee at home is guaranteed.

I’m also a Tennis Australia–qualified coach with a background in sports science and years of experience in football and personal training.

As a housemate, I’m easy-going, clean, respectful and sociable. I’m usually either working, coaching, cooking at home, or chilling in my room — but I also enjoy hanging out with housemates when the vibe is right. I adapt easily and love meeting people from different cultures.

I’ll be starting my commercial cookery course in December, and my student visa is valid until the end of 2027.
