My name is Tim, and I'm interested in this room. Your place looks like it could be a great fit for what I'm looking for.

I'm initially looking for a short-term stay of around 6–8 weeks. If everything goes well and we both feel it's a good fit, I'd be very happy to extend my stay.

From my renting experience, I've found that a personality match is one of the best indicators of a successful share house. Sometimes after the inspection, if we end up sitting down for a chat and the conversation flows naturally, it's usually a great sign that we'll get along well and enjoy living together.

A little about me: I'm a musician and pianist, but I'm very mindful of noise. I use headphones whenever I play, so I don't disturb anyone. I'm also quite a minimalist, so I tend to keep my space tidy, uncluttered, and easy to maintain.

I'm respectful, clean, quiet, easy to live with, and I always take good care of the places I stay.
