I’m looking for a rental property within 10km of Hamilton Hill

I’m looking for an Unfurnished Private room, or a room that can be mostly cleared out, as I have my own foldable bed and belongings.

Looking to stay 4 months & if it's a good match I would be hoping to stay longer :)

I’m a musician/keyboard player but always use headphones(so there will be no problems with noise or disturbances)

I keep my space tidy & clean up after myself frequently in communal areas
