I'm a 40-year-old guy who loves all things sport, whether it's watching the game, hitting the gym, or staying active outdoors. I work both full-time and part-time, so I'm busy most of the week and appreciate coming home to a clean, tidy place. My studio is my sanctuary, and I like to keep my living space neat and clutter-free.

I'm a non-smoker, have no pets, and no kids. I'm easy-going, respectful, and get along with people from all walks of life.

I'm open to sharing with any gender or age and would be happy to team up with someone to secure a rental and split the bond and rent. I work afternoon shifts, so you'll often have the place to yourself during the day.

I'm social when the opportunity comes up and always up for a chat over a beer, but I also respect people's privacy and personal space. I'm pretty laid-back and easy to live with.

Location-wise, I'm flexible and don't mind where the property is, as long as it's reasonably close to a train station for convenience.
