Hi I’m Tayla!

I’m a 22-year-old corporate professional who has recently started a new role with a global real estate company in Coolangatta. I’ve relocated down from Brisbane and am currently living in the Kirra/Coolangatta area, so I’m now looking for a permanent/long-term room and home around Coolangatta, Kirra, Tweed Heads, Currumbin, Palm Beach area by December 5th.

I’m currently sorted with a place until around late November/early December, so I’m ideally looking for somewhere to move into around then. I’m hoping to find somewhere I can settle into for the longer term and genuinely feel at home.

I work Monday–Friday while also doing occasional extended office hours depending on clients, and I’m also studying my bachelors degree part-time so I have a good balance between work, study and enjoying the goldy lifestyle. I’m super friendly, easy-going, clean and respectful, and I really value living in a home that feels comfortable, tidy and relaxed.

Outside of work and study, I’m pretty active and love the gym, beach walks, hiking, surfing, getting outdoors, trying new cafes and restaurants, and going out for a few drinks with friends. I’m definitely social and love having a chat or getting together for dinner, but I’m also independent and appreciate having my own downtime.

I’m looking for a welcoming home with like-minded housemates where everyone is respectful of each other’s space and there’s a good balance between being social and doing their own thing.

Ultimately, I’m looking for somewhere I can settle in, meet some great people and call home for the longer term while enjoying everything the Gold Coast has to offer. 🌊
