Hey! I am looking for an apartment to move into. Looking for a place (ensuite room preferred) with good energy and people who value both downtime and the occasional hangout.

I currently live in St Kilda East, but my lovely housemate is unfortunately moving interstate for work, so I am looking for a new place. I am also hoping to move a little closer to where my girlfriend lives and thought it would be nice to have a bit of a change as well.

A little about me: I work full time in construction project management. I am friendly, easy-going and respectful, and I have lived in share houses for several years, so I am very mindful of other people and shared spaces. I am reliable, clean and always happy to contribute around the house. I really value having a home where everyone feels comfortable and gets along, while also respecting each other’s space.

Outside of work, I love hiking, road trips, board games and watching thriller shows. I do not smoke, and I am not really into partying or loud gaming, so I generally enjoy having a pretty relaxed and peaceful home.

I would really love to come by for an inspection if you have an ensuite room available and have a chat to see if I would be a good fit for the house. Please let me know! :)
