Hello hello hello!

I’m a 30 year old professional, working in insurance disputes.

Currently living in a studio but I think it’s time for more space! Prior to moving to Sydney, I was in Canberra for 11 years and lived in share houses since uni. So I know the unspoken rules of a share house ☺️

Would ideally like to find a room/ 1 bed flat that is furnished, but not super fussed!

I work from home at least 4 days a week, but maybe the move will push me into the office more often…?

Like many women my age, love trash tv, love RuPaul’s drag race and a responsible drink from time to time 💅🏿. Recently got into Stardew Valley, so proclaiming myself to be a gamer 😂. I also “play” the bass guitar (using a headphone amp as to not subject my neighbours to funky bass tunes).

I would love to move into a home where people are social (hang out, not awkward around each other, ideally become friends) and we aren’t ships passing in the night.

Ideally would be looking for something close to the city (my office is in the CBD) or with good transport lines, as I don’t have a car.
