Hi, I’m Delta 🫶🏼

Myself and my cat are looking for a room to rent with a budget of $250pw (ideally including bills however not required), between Murdoch and north Perth, Fremantle and Forrestfield area - however can be flexible for the right place.

I work full-time and also pick up extra hours at a casual job, so my weekdays tend to be quite busy. On evenings and weekends I’m usually out with my partner and friends with a cheeky drink or at dinner. Any time spent home is typically with my cat (who will expect a pat from you every time you come home) or meal prepping for the week. I value a house that has a balance between being social and having quiet time to recharge. Cleanliness, communication, and mutual respect are really important to me, and I always make an effort to keep my home tidy and welcoming.

Move in date is quite flexible, as I have a current rental lease that I am wanting to break with thirty days notice.
