Hi! I’m Genevieve, I’m 22 and I work in property development full time while I anlso do a bit of study part time at Bond. I’m easygoing, tidy, and respectful of everyone’s space and routine, and I really value a calm, friendly home vibe. Would love to find a place close to the beach. I’ve been renting in mermaid for almost 3 years, so plenty of rental history. Happy to go as far south as palm beach!
