I'm a 22-year-old male student who loves hitting the gym, savouring a good cup of coffee, and unwinding with video games and movies. I prefer the peace of a clean, quiet house with no parties. As an LGBTQIA+ individual, I value a respectful environment where I can be myself. No smoking, no pets, no kids - just me, my interests, and a cozy space to call home. I would highly prefer a place close to the train and/or tram line as well, since I do not have a car. I’m open to being close to bus lines as well, provided there are amenities within walking distance.

I’m out most days due to my schedule unless it’s during an exam crunch time where I would hunker down in my room. I don’t cook much -if at all, so you don’t need to worry about kitchen space either.
