Hi All,

My name is Sam (22), I Moved to Sydney about 2 months ago and am now looking to get something a little more long-term (6 months). I am ready to move within the coming few weeks.

I’m looking for a room with people who value a clean and respectful living space. I’m tidy and easy-going, so you won’t need to worry about any mess or drama around the house. I’m social and enjoy hanging out, but I’m definitely not a party animal, so the flat will always be peaceful.

I respect other people’s space and boundaries, and communication is key for me—if there’s ever an issue, I’d prefer to talk things through calmly. In my free time, I race boats, surf and run, so I’m often out on the water, but I’m always up for a chill evening at home or even at the pub..

Currently looking for a 6 month arrangement however am open to longer or shorter depending.
