Bella

Hi my name is Bella, I’m a 21 year old student seeking longer-term accommodation.

Having my own space to call home is highly important to me and so a granny flat or own unit is much preferred over typical share house arrangements.

My weekly preferred budget is $400, however I can do $430 if the right opportunity presents itself. I would like to be positioned somewhere walking distance to a train line on or around the North Shore, however I am flexible given limited options.

I am currently unemployed but have permanent disability support income which has proven both sufficient and reliable for many years. Working alongside study is a goal of mine.

I enjoy writing, reading, drawing, playing chess and singing. I’m currently enrolled in a bridging course at university to keep my options open for the future. I am particularly interested in anthropology and psychological science, but am still exploring potential future areas of research.
