Hi everyone, my partner Claudia and I are looking for a place in Hobart around mid/late Jan. I am a PhD student researching community heritage and climate change, and Claudia will be working with the state department of education. We like going to local arts events, listening to the radio, watching a good mystery show, and wandering around outdoors. We are easy going and generally tidy, happy to socialise and be friends with housemates but respectful of personal space.
