Hart and Claudia

Hi everyone, my partner Claudia and I are looking for a place in Hobart. I am a PhD student researching community heritage and climate change, and Claudia works with the state department of education. We like going to local arts events, listening to the radio, watching a good mystery show, and wandering around outdoors. We are easy going and generally tidy, happy to socialise and be friends with housemates but respectful of personal space.
