Sai and Priya

Hi! I’m Sai, moving with my close friend Priya. We’re currently renting a private studio in Newcastle managed by Maison Property Management and are planning to move to Melbourne in November 2025 to continue our postgraduate studies. We’re looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable 1-bedroom or shared apartment for a 6–12 month lease, starting mid-to-late November. Both of us are non-smokers, have no pets, and maintain a tidy, respectful lifestyle. In our free time, we enjoy badminton, light cooking, and volunteering.
Preferred suburbs: Carlton, Brunswick, North Melbourne, or any nearby area with good access to public transport.
