Hi everyone, I’m Amber and my husband and I are looking for a short / mid term rental property in Sydney for around $700 - $850 per week.

We’ve just relocated from NZ and ideally we’d like a place to rent / sublease while we take our time in the property market.

We are non smokers, very clean, tidy and considerate. We both have full time jobs and we can now also provide references from our first ‘Flatmates’ lease just recently.

Our preferred location is Bondi Junction but also interested in Edgecliff, Kings Cross, Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Redfern, Chippendale etc.

We are open and flexible to different options of timeframes and dates but ideally around 3 months starting 7th September.
Anything from 3 weeks to 5 months is an option for us.
