Hey! I’m Penda I’m 22, studying a Bachelor of Social Work and working casually. I’m planning to move out for the first time around November–December and am looking to either join an existing share house or team up with others to find a place together.

Ideally, I’d love to live with 2–4 people so the house has a good balance of space and shared vibes. I’m open to places around the Inner West, St George area, or the City, but I’m flexible for the right home and the right people.

My budget is ideally around $250–$300 per week, with an absolute max of $350 if the space really feels right.

I value a home that feels warm, respectful, and open where people can relax, chat in the kitchen, and also enjoy quiet time. I’m social and emotionally aware, care about community and social justice, and would love to live with kind, communicative people who share those values.
