Hi everyone, I'm 25 and a support worker (me on the right at work). My lease ends on the 12th of May and I'm looking for a new share house, ideally between May 5th and the 12th. The less stress the better!

I’ve lived in share houses for over 7 years and value a clean, quiet home. I am not looking for a party house as I prioritize early bedtimes. I'm a support worker, so while I'm social and down for a weekend drink or a card game, I appreciate a calm space to recharge.

About me:
Surfing: I'm in the water most weekdays and am usually up early.

Gym: I train calisthenics at TMC.

Hobbies: I enjoy the outdoors, reading, card games, and tinkering with things.

What I’m looking for:

Budget: $220 - $300 per week. Preferably on the lower end, but open for the right place.

Storage: I need a secure spot for my surfboards, camping gear and tools.

Location: Preferably close to the beach, but flexible.

Lease: Flexible on length.
