Hello!! I am looking for a room to rent to create into a day use creative studio for my painting practice. Day use only. I won't use the kitchen (possibly microwave actually). I won't shower there. I am a watercolour artist primarily and I want to expand my creative work outside of where I live. I also have a little lap dog that I'd love to bring with me that will only be in my room and only rarely barks. I'll take him on walks for bathroom use so you won't have any issues with your yard or anything. This situation would be especially a good fit if others are at work full time during the day while I'm there.
