Hey guys! I am a peruvian 28 y/o, looking for a room to move into begining of December. At the moment I live in Coolum Beach which is really relaxing and amazing, but my landlords are selling the house soon. I love a slow-paced life near the beach but also enjoy various activities, speacialy anything to do with the arts. I am a latin dance instructor, daytime DJ (at cafés or alike) and painter. As a roomate I consider myself very clean, a good friend to have a chat and would need others to be as well. I would appreciate a place thats very close to everything, including a beach, given i dont own a car atm.
