Hey guys! I peruvian and 29 y/o, looking for a private room to move into around mid September. At the moment I live in Rose Bay which is really amazing, and would like to stay near the area or nearer to the CBD.
I love to live near the beach and a bit away from the city but also enjoy various activities, specially anything to do with the arts or gym. I work in retail atm (at CBD) but also am a latin dancer, painter, and will hopefully start some studies at the beginning of next year.
As a roomate I consider myself very clean, a good friend to have a chat and would need others to be as well. I would appreciate a place thats a walk away to everything important.
