About me; Big Ol’ hippy looking for like minded people. I’d like to live somewhere I can really put roots down and form bonds, not super keen on co-living with strangers. I’m An incredibly social, excitable person. Despite my personality I’m definitely an introvert that deeply values quiet and alone time at the end of a long day. I come from a family of six so I’m practiced with living respectfully and cleanly with others.
Are we a good match?;
My ideal housemate(s) includes fellow bird/nature lover, as I come with a pair of Indian ringnecks! Can be housed with cats & non-hunting dogs- will need to work out a schedule for our pets to equally get ‘out of room’ time. My two little birds, Indigo & Selene are in love, so theyre glued to each other. Both free flightled but caged at night. They are VERY tame and will 100% want to land on you for snuggles and kisses. Outside of their hour of good morning singing, my birds are surprisingly quiet too. They will cry if frightened though. Unless you try to grab them, they will not bite you- Although, I think I’d also bite if someone tried to grab me. 👀 I’m happy to pay a higher amount in rent than you for two rooms; one for me, one for them.
I have a bachelors degree in Behavioural Science from QUT, I’ve been working as a full time support worker for the past year, I’m employed through the Australian Government’s NDIS. I’m ready to move out of the family home and closer to my clients. My moral compass is the primary driving force within my life, my political ideologies are entirely leftist. Love all things science, but also adore anything crafty. I taught sip and paint classes at night during my time at university 🎨
