I'm a respectful university student, moving to Canberra for work. Depending on certain circumstances, I may be either doing part-time work with full-time uni OR full-time work with part-time uni. Either way, I'll be more than capable of paying rent and utilities on time.
In regards to actual living arrangements, I'm reasonable and always happy to help out with cleaning or other shared tasks. I would prefer to live with people close to my age, but this is far from a requirement.

In regards to move in date, I'm happy to move any time during January 2026 or December 2025, or potentially earlier if the rental market is unyielding. I'm currently capable of paying any bond amount, plus several weeks rents if required. Looking forward to hearing from you 😁.
