I’m 32 and moving to Sydney soon to join EY in the Transaction Advisory team (relocating directly from EY Vietnam where I have been working for more than 6 years). Super excited but also totally new to the city, so I’m hoping to find a comfy shared place - and maybe some lovely housemates to kick off my first year in Sydney with!

I’m usually out at the office most days, so I’m really only home in the evenings and on weekends.

Personality-wise, I’m pretty easygoing and friendly, but I also enjoy my quiet me-time. I’m a minimalist at heart (and a tiny bit OCD), so I always keep things clean and tidy. And don’t worry about food smells - I’m Vietnamese but I don’t cook anything strong in shared spaces. My meals are simple and healthy because I’m trying to take good care of myself at this age.

Would love to find a nice, chill home with people who are respectful, tidy, and maybe up for the occasional chat or afternoon tea/coffee. ☕
