Hi there, I'm looking for a room or granny flat to rent having moved recently to Sydney from London for work. I'm looking for somewhere for around a year (potentially longer). Flexible on move-in date.

I'm a friendly, clean and very reasonable female in my thirties, working in advertising and events. I mostly work from the office, with up to 1 - 2 days from home but often chose to work outside of the house. I love surfing, yoga and walks and I'm excited to be close to a beach. Always very happy to share a meal or watch a series with flatmates. Looking for somewhere homely with peace and quiet post 10pm (definitely not a party house) and people who appreciate transparent communication.
