I am Vrishti Kose, a postgraduate student at Monash University, currently pursuing my studies with a strong focus on maintaining a responsible and balanced lifestyle. I am a quiet, respectful, and organised tenant who values cleanliness, timely communication, and maintaining the property in excellent condition. As a full-time student, I have a stable routine centred around my academic commitments and spend most of my time studying or attending university-related activities. I am reliable with rent payments and respectful of neighbours and shared spaces.
