Hey I'm James, 25, and work full-time in marketing in Cremorne.

Currently live in Croydon at the moment, so looking to move somewhere long term that not only cuts down the commute but is also a friendly, chill home where we can enjoy our own space, but also be friendly/have a chat/friendly drink if it suits.

Preferred areas are Richmond, Abbotsford, Collingwood, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North and Clifton Hill.

A bit about me, I usually head to the gym after work, so my weekdays are fairly busy, but I love catching up over dinner, grabbing a drink, or just being out and about on weekends.

I'm always up for checking out a good wine bar, pub, or restaurant, and I enjoy getting outdoors and staying active too.

I've lived in a share house before, so I really value having a home where everyone gets along, hangs out when it suits, but also respects each other's space and downtime.
