I am a 51-year-old woman who prefers the simplicity of living in a cozy studio. As a non-smoker with no pets. My children are adults and live interstate. I enjoy the peace and quiet of my space. If I do have to share space I’m allergic to pets so needs to be an animal free home , preferably in western suburbs of Brisbane region or greater Ipswich region . I am a considerate person who likes a light conversation at times or quiet time spent reading. A bit about me I occasionally walk with a stick so need to find a place with minimal stairs with a handrail or no stairs and also paved or at least flat land at entrance to house/ granny flat as my balance is challenged. I enjoy walking and swimming as well as attending my bi monthly sketch club . Look forward to meeting a potential flatmate/ homeowner . Thankyou for your consideration .
