Ana Vitoria

Hi! My name is Ana Vitória, I'm 25 years old and I'm from Brazil. I'm currently living on the Gold Coast on a student visa, and I'm looking for a private room to move into before **12 August**.

I work during the day (morning and part of the afternoon) and attend English classes in the evenings, so I'm usually out during weekdays. On weekends I normally have time off, and I enjoy going to the beach, having breakfast at cafés, watching movies, visiting parks and exploring the Gold Coast.

I'm a clean, organised, respectful and friendly person. I like keeping shared spaces tidy and always clean up after myself. I respect everyone's privacy and personal space, and I'm easy to live with.

One of the main reasons I came to Australia is to improve my English, so I'm always happy to practise while continuing to learn.

I'm a **non-smoker**, I don't have any pets, and I'm looking for a calm, clean and respectful home. While I enjoy a peaceful environment, I'd also love to be able to occasionally invite a few friends over for dinner or a quiet get-together, always being respectful of the house rules and my housemates.

I'm looking for a **private bedroom**, preferably with a **private bathroom**, but I'm also happy to share a bathroom with up to **two other people**.

My preferred areas are close to the beach, such as Broadbeach, Broadbeach Waters, Mermaid Beach, Mermaid Waters, Miami, Burleigh Heads, Palm Beach, or nearby suburbs.

Ideally, I'd love to live in a house with **women only** and around **4–5 housemates**, where everyone is friendly, respectful and helps keep the home clean.

I'm planning to stay until **early December**, when my current student visa ends, so I'm looking for a home where I can enjoy a comfortable and positive living environment during that time.
