I am an engineer with several all years experience. I am a quiet and tidy person. I am looking for a room in Perth mostly in south of river and surrounding areas. I am about 50 years old. I do not do party. Also do not smoke. I am currently searching for a job. This is why I mentioned duration of rent as two weeks, as I am not sure where I get a job. But if I get a job in Perth or if job search continues for a while, I keep renting the room.
