I work full-time morning shifts, so I usually start early and keep a quiet, settled routine at home. I’m not a party person and prefer no loud parties, but I’m happy with overnight guests occasionally, as long as everyone is respectful of the shared space.
I’m tidy in common areas, respect personal space, and always pay rent on time. I’m friendly, easy to get along with, and believe good communication makes shared living comfortable and stress-free.
I have a car, so parking is needed — street parking or off-street parking is fine. I’m also looking for a place with good access to the M1.
