I’m a 35 year old single mum of two boys, one who is 4 weeks old and is with me full time, and one five year old who is with me only on Friday and Saturday evenings.
I’m looking for a place to rent long term as the place I’m renting now is no longer available as of October.
I am a very clean, quiet, respectful and responsible tenant. I can provide references if you’d like.
I do not drink
I do not smoke
I do not take any kind of drugs
I’ve never been late paying rent
I spend my time (for now) just being a new mom to my little newborn and taking my older son to activities like soccer and church on the weekends. Eventually I will get back to my routine of going to the gym, helping my elderly parents with home upkeep, and spending as much time in nature as I can fit into my schedule.
I’m a very laid back easygoing gal. I love kids as well as animals. I can be social and I also very much enjoy my quiet time.
