A little about us:
I am a sworn translator and University Professor in a secure academic position.
My husband is a Lead Architect, working full-time and with 15 years of experience in the profession.
We have one wonderful and lovely daughter 12 years old Emilia, who is fascinated by Japanese culture, swimming and drawing.
We are both non-smokers, have no pets, and own one car.
We spend our free time outdoors. We enjoy long beach days, discovering new places. My husband holds an Australian pilot's license and takes our family skydiving.
We are moving to Newcastle because I was offered a job at the Polish Saturday School (122 Chatham Street, Broadmeadow NSW 2292) and we are also looking for a quieter place to live than
Sydney.
We treat each property as if it were our own. You can be assured that we will keep the property in excellent condition, act responsibly as tenants, and build positive relationships with neighbours and the community. Our intention is to secure a long-term tenancy where we can settle and treat the property as
our home.
We are able to provide full supporting documentation, including proof of income, employment verification, payslips and rental references.
If given the opportunity, you can expect us to:
Respect the property and keep it in excellent condition.
Always pay rent promptly.
Be reliable and considerate tenants.
