Jimmy, Ben and Blake

I am applying for this property with 2 mates that I have come over with from the UK. I am working in the mining industry, with a 2-1 roster.
I am 23 years old, I have just moved to Perth with my best friend and another friend. We are planning on staying in Perth for the next 1/2 years. Both eager to get into a nice place as quickly as possible with as little hassle as possible.
We are more than happy to pay upfront for the first couple of weeks of the rental agreement.
Previously worked in the UK as an Assistant site manager in the construction sector, for 3 years. Which is the same line of work as what I am getting into here.
My friend Ben, is a barber. He had his own business in the UK and is getting started at a barber shop local to the city, he is planning on building his Australian clientele and starting a business here too.
Blake our other friend is also starting his job in the mining industry, and we are working on the same roster (2-1).
