I am 25yo, currently studying but also working part-time so I am stable enough to be on time with rent.

As a person:
Definitely on the introvert side to new people but a I do love getting know others! Once warmed up and friends, I could be chatty and would love to have fun together :) Otherwise I am respectful, calm and I'd like to think I'm easy-going and chill except for serious issues 😄
Would love to be rooming with people my age too and make some new friends!

As a housemate:
I would definitely love my downtime from time to time especially after long days, but would also love the occasional shared dinners or movie time etc. so we can all have good vibes and hopefully be good housemates to each other!
I also do like to be clean, cleaning up after myself in communal areas. I also believe in open communication, so if there's anything bothering you as a housemate, let me know and we can all then discuss it together to figure things out 😁

I am also interested in teamups for a new sharehouse so meetups for vibe checks are also welcome :)

My move date: is asap if possible, but could also work things out
Preffered locations: main areas are clayton/springvale/glen waverley but could work in surrounding areas too
